Many of our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Please allow 5-7 business days after your order has been placed for it to be processed and shipped. Cincinnati Public Radio Shop is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged during domestic transit. However, If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email immediately.
